ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Mark, a director, screenwriter and producer from London.
After studying Philosophy at Cambridge University, I began working at award-winning production company Chocolate Films, where I produced commercials and documentaries for the likes of Virgin, National Space Centre, UCL, Herbert Smith Freehills and City of London, amongst many others.
I now work as a freelance director, and am one half of commercial directing duo Nott Brothers, alongside Nathan Miller. We have directed adverts for charities and brands including Friends of the Earth, Tropicana, Mind, Cambridge Audio, Wotsits and the Scottish Government.
My approach to directing is characterised by my mix of documentary and narrative experience. I combine a love of emotionally honest, human storytelling with visual flair and a comedic twist.
