BRITAIN'S SPACE RACE
Client: National Space Centre
Production Company: Chocolate Films
Year of production: 2018
After World War II many Brits sought new opportunities abroad. This is the story of some of those who helped NASA land astronauts on the Moon.
This film was produced as the centrepiece of the National Space Centre's new permanent exhibition on Britain's involvement in the space race. It has been edited to be displayed across nine 50" screens in the exhibition.
The film consists of archive materials sourced through NASA, alongside oral history recordings of the astronauts and new animation.
Britain's Space Race is a Chocolate Films production.
